Last updated: 10 September 2026
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Willow collects, uses, and shares information when you visit willowlabs.co (the "Site").
2. Information We Collect
We intentionally keep data collection minimal:
- Usage Data – standard web-server logs (such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamps) and analytics data collected through Google Analytics 4 and PostHog.
- Cookies and similar storage – identifiers used for analytics and site performance (see §6).
We do not use this data to identify visitors by name.
We do not currently request or store your name, email, phone number, or company details on the Site. If you voluntarily email us (e.g., hello@willowlabs.co) your message will include whatever personal information you provide, and that data will be handled as client correspondence rather than Site data.
3. How We Use Information
We use the limited data above to:
- operate, maintain, and secure the Site;
- analyse aggregate traffic patterns to improve content and performance;
- detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
4. Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share data only with:
- Service providers, including Vercel for hosting and performance data, Google for Google Analytics 4, and PostHog for product analytics;
- authorities when required by law or to protect our rights.
5. Data Retention
Our service providers keep data according to their settings and retention policies. We keep analytics data only as long as it remains useful for operating and improving the Site or as required by law.
6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use Google Analytics 4 and PostHog to understand visits, traffic sources, page use, and actions such as booking-link clicks. PostHog session recording is disabled. These tools may use first-party cookies or local storage to keep an anonymous browser identifier. Google advertising features may use added identifiers if we enable them. You can block or clear cookies in your browser without losing the Site's core functions. Where local law requires it, we will ask for consent before using non-essential analytics storage.
7. International Transfers
The Site is hosted in the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., your data will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or request data portability. Contact us at privacy@willowlabs.co to exercise these rights.
9. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Policy.
