For branding reasons we do not publicly list the underlying entity's legal name here, but all notices sent to the address in §13 reach the responsible legal owner.

By accessing or using any part of the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

3. Changes to the Terms

The Site is informational only. It contains no ecommerce functionality and no paid subscriptions. Any pricing, fees, or payment obligations for consulting or custom AI services are covered exclusively in a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, code, and trademarks—is owned by Willow or its licensors and is protected by applicable IP laws. You may view, download (for caching), and print pages for personal, non‑commercial use only.

6. Permitted & Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• modify, copy, or create derivative works based on Site content;
• reverse‑engineer or attempt to extract source code;
• introduce malware or interfere with Site operation;
• use the Site to solicit or transmit unsolicited commercial messages;
• violate any applicable law or regulation.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict‑of‑law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
